WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY
Warranty Replacement Policy
Arc SportsCards stands behind the products we ship. If your Pokémon trading card product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our warranty replacement process is here to help.
1. Warranty Overview
Arc SportsCards provides warranty replacement coverage for eligible Pokémon trading card products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy is intended to protect customers against issues that occur before or during shipping and to help ensure a satisfactory shopping experience for Pokémon collectors and enthusiasts.
Warranty replacement claims must be submitted within our standard 30-day return window from the date of delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Eligible Warranty Issues
The following types of issues are generally covered under this Warranty Replacement Policy:
2.1 Manufacturing Defects
Significant defects introduced during the manufacturing process that affect the product's intended use, structural integrity, or expected condition. Examples may include:
- Sealed products where the factory seal is missing or clearly compromised prior to arrival
- Product components that are missing due to a manufacturing error
- Major printing defects that render a card unusable or that clearly exceed normal manufacturing variation
2.2 Damaged Products
Products that arrived with damage that materially affects the product. Examples may include:
- Sealed Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Premium Collections, or Build & Battle Boxes that arrived with significant crushing, tearing, or structural damage
- Individual Pokémon Singles that arrived with damage not reflected in the listed condition
- Blister Packs or Booster Packs with clearly damaged packaging
2.3 Incorrect Products
You received a product that is materially different from what you ordered. Examples may include:
- Wrong Pokémon set or SKU
- Wrong product type (e.g., received a Booster Pack instead of an Elite Trainer Box)
- Wrong individual Pokémon Single (different card than ordered)
3. Issues Not Covered by This Warranty
The following issues are generally not covered under this Warranty Replacement Policy:
3.1 Normal Manufacturing Variations
Pokémon trading card products are mass-produced and may exhibit normal factory variations, including:
- Minor differences in card centering
- Minor cutting variations
- Minor print quality differences
- Minor color variations
- Minor foil pattern differences
- Minor surface texture variations
- Minor corner or edge imperfections that are typical of new cards
These variations are normal characteristics of trading card manufacturing and are not considered defects.
3.2 Minor Packaging Cosmetic Imperfections
Sealed Pokémon products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Premium Collections, etc.) may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging that occur during manufacturing, distribution, or shipping. These imperfections do not typically affect the sealed product inside and are not considered warranty issues. Examples include:
- Light shelf wear
- Minor dents to outer boxes
- Minor scuffs on packaging
- Small creases on the outer sleeve of Booster Packs or Blister Packs
3.3 Randomized Product Contents
Pokémon Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Build & Battle Boxes, Blister Packs, and other sealed products contain randomized card assortments. Warranty replacement is not provided based on:
- Dissatisfaction with the cards pulled
- Absence of specific chase cards, rare cards, holo cards, or reverse holo cards
- Perceived rarity distribution of pulls
- Market value of pulled cards
3.4 Customer-Caused Damage
Warranty replacement does not apply to damage caused by the customer after delivery, including:
- Damage from opening sealed products
- Damage from handling, storage, or use
- Damage from third parties after delivery
- Alterations or modifications to the product
3.5 Third-Party Grading
Arc SportsCards does not guarantee that any card will receive any specific grade from third-party grading companies. Grade outcomes are determined by the grading company and are outside of Arc SportsCards' control. Warranty replacement is not available based on third-party grade disappointment.
4. Photo Evidence Requirements
To process a warranty replacement claim efficiently, we require clear photo evidence of the issue. Please provide:
- Clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Photographs of the outer shipping packaging (all sides, if relevant)
- Photographs of the inner packaging or product packaging
- Close-up photographs of specific defects or damage
- A photograph of the shipping label or packing slip, if available
Please ensure photos are clear, in focus, and show the issue plainly. Blurry or unclear photos may delay the resolution process.
5. Order Number Requirement
All warranty replacement claims must reference a valid Arc SportsCards order number. Your order number is included in your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email. Warranty claims cannot be processed without a valid order number that can be verified in our system.

7. Replacement & Resolution Options
Depending on the specific circumstances of your warranty claim and product availability, Arc SportsCards may offer one or more of the following resolutions:
- Replacement Product: A replacement of the same product will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to availability.

- Partial Refund: In certain limited circumstances, a partial refund may be offered as a resolution.

The specific resolution offered depends on the nature of the issue, the availability of replacement inventory, and other factors. Arc SportsCards will work with you to reach a fair and reasonable outcome.
8. Time Frames
- Claim Submission: Warranty replacement claims must be submitted within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Inspection: Returned products are inspected within 72 hours after being received by Arc SportsCards.
- Response Time: Initial responses to warranty inquiries typically occur during our regular business hours.
- Replacement Shipping: Replacement products are shipped in accordance with our standard Shipping Policy once the claim is approved and inventory is available.
9. Pokémon-Specific Warranty Considerations
Because Pokémon trading cards and sealed products are collectible items with specific manufacturing and market characteristics, please keep the following in mind:
- Sealed Product Integrity: Do not open sealed products before contacting us if you believe there is an issue with the sealed product. Opening a sealed product may affect warranty eligibility.
- Card Condition Descriptions: For Pokémon Singles, the condition described in the listing (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played) reflects our assessment. Warranty claims for Singles must relate to conditions clearly outside of the described grade.
- Manufacturer Variations: Pokémon manufacturers may release products with regional variations, packaging updates, or promotional variations. These variations are not typically considered defects.
- Foil, Holo, and Special Cards: Foil, holo, and reverse holo cards may exhibit natural variations in shine, pattern, or texture that are characteristic of the printing process.
10. Limitations of Warranty
This Warranty Replacement Policy is limited to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Arc SportsCards makes no additional warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the market value, future value, grading potential, or investment characteristics of any Pokémon trading card product.
This warranty does not extend to any losses beyond the value of the product itself, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, emotional distress, or consequential damages.
