Arc SportsCards offers wholesale opportunities to qualified businesses, retailers, resellers, and other commercial partners interested in acquiring Pokémon trading cards and sealed collectible products in bulk quantities. Whether you operate a hobby shop, an online store, an event or convention business, or a related retail operation, we welcome inquiries from serious commercial partners.

Our wholesale program covers a broad range of Pokémon collectible products, subject to availability and allocation:

• Pokémon Booster Boxes
• Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes
• Pokémon Premium Collections
• Pokémon Build & Battle Boxes
• Pokémon Booster Bundles
• Pokémon Booster Packs
• Pokémon Blister Packs
• Pokémon Singles (subject to availability)
• Other Pokémon collectible card products where applicable

2. Wholesale Eligibility

Arc SportsCards' wholesale program is available to qualified businesses that meet our eligibility requirements. To be considered for wholesale, applicants should generally:

• Operate a legitimate business or retail operation within the United States
• Have valid business documentation, including any applicable business registration or reseller documentation
• Be interested in purchasing Pokémon collectible products in commercial quantities
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process
• Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Wholesale Policy

Arc SportsCards reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at our sole discretion. Meeting the general eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance into the wholesale program.

3. How to Apply

Interested businesses may inquire about wholesale opportunities by contacting Arc SportsCards directly. Please include the following information in your initial inquiry:

• Business name and type (retail store, online seller, event operator, etc.)
• Business address
• Contact name and title
• Email address and phone number
• Website (if applicable)
• A brief description of your business and how you intend to sell or use the products
• Products of interest (specific Pokémon product categories)
• Estimated order volume or frequency
• Any applicable business documentation or resale certificates

4. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is determined based on multiple factors, including:

• Product category and specific SKU
• Order volume and frequency
• Product availability and allocation
• Current market conditions
• Business type and relationship

Arc SportsCards does not publish standard wholesale price lists. All wholesale pricing is quoted on a case-by-case basis after review of your inquiry. Pricing quotes are typically valid for a limited period and are subject to change based on availability and market conditions.

5. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) for wholesale orders are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on product type, availability, and other factors. Arc SportsCards does not publish standard MOQs.

Certain limited-release, allocated, or high-demand Pokémon products may have specific MOQ requirements or purchase limits, which will be communicated when a wholesale quote is provided.

6. Product Availability & Allocation

All wholesale orders are subject to product availability. Pokémon trading card products are frequently subject to manufacturer allocation, particularly during new set releases and for limited or premium products. Arc SportsCards cannot guarantee availability of any specific product at any specific time.

• Availability may vary based on product type, release schedule, and market demand.
• Allocated or limited products may not be available for wholesale orders, or may be available only in limited quantities.
• Arc SportsCards reserves the right to allocate available product among wholesale and retail customers at our discretion.
• Product availability is not guaranteed once a quote is issued unless explicitly confirmed at the time of order.

7. Payment Terms

Wholesale payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, payment is required in full at the time the wholesale order is placed. All prices and payments are in United States Dollars (USD).

• Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders will be communicated at the time of order.
• Arc SportsCards reserves the right to require verification of payment before processing wholesale orders.
• Applicable taxes will be added in accordance with applicable law. Wholesale customers with valid resale documentation should provide the appropriate paperwork in advance of order processing.

8. Wholesale Shipping

Arc SportsCards ships wholesale orders exclusively within the United States. Shipping terms for wholesale orders will be discussed and confirmed at the time of order and may differ from standard retail shipping terms due to volume, weight, and product characteristics.

• Wholesale handling times may vary from standard retail handling times based on order size and product availability.
• Wholesale customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.
• Risk of loss and title for wholesale products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

9. Damaged Shipments

Wholesale customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt. If a wholesale shipment arrives with damaged products or packaging, please contact Arc SportsCards within a reasonable timeframe of receipt with:

• The wholesale order number
• A description of the damage
• Photographs of the damaged products and packaging (inner and outer)
• Photographs of the shipping label and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolutions may include replacement (subject to availability), partial refund, or other remedies as determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Wholesale Returns

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and may differ from our standard retail Refund & Returns Policy. Generally:

• Wholesale orders are considered final upon shipment unless the shipment is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Sealed Pokémon products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Premium Collections, etc.) must remain factory-sealed to be eligible for consideration of return.
• Return eligibility, if any, will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances and product condition.
• Wholesale customers should contact Arc SportsCards before returning any product to receive return authorization and instructions.

11. Business Verification

Arc SportsCards may verify the legitimacy of wholesale applicants and their business operations. Verification may include:

• Review of business documentation
• Verification of business address and contact information
• Review of business website or online presence
• Review of resale certificates or other applicable tax documentation

Wholesale applications may be declined if verification cannot be completed or if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

12. Resale Expectations

Wholesale customers who intend to resell Pokémon products purchased from Arc SportsCards agree to:

• Represent products accurately to their end customers
• Not misrepresent products as authorized, endorsed, or officially sanctioned by any third party unless such representation is factually accurate
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to consumer protection and taxation
• Respect all third-party intellectual property rights, including those of The Pokémon Company and other rights holders

Arc SportsCards is not responsible for the actions, representations, or business practices of wholesale customers or their end customers.

13. Cancellation of Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Arc SportsCards as soon as possible at contact@arcsportscards.com. Wholesale orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Arc SportsCards also reserves the right to cancel or refuse wholesale orders at our sole discretion, including in situations involving product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

14. Changes to Wholesale Policy

Arc SportsCards reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the wholesale program or any part of this Wholesale Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
